Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Poppy and Pine!
Our shop strives to process orders within two business days of order placement, shipping orders once they have been processed. As a small shop with few employees, delays do sometimes occur--therefore, our policy is that all orders are processed and shipped, at max, within one week of purchasing unless otherwise noted on our home page.
Our shop does everything possible to process and ship your order quickly and efficiently. Once an order is shipped, delays are out of the shop's control. Purchasing near holidays often leads to package delays as well.
